Summer Housing Reservation Form

Accommodations: North Hall and Red Cedar Hall will be used this summer. North Hall rooms include:
- bed, dresser, desk and chair provided
- Microwave, refrigerator and freezer (all in one unit)
- use of basement facilities including kitchen, laundry, and computer lab
- community bathroom facilities
- located on the main (South) campus
- North Hall is not air-conditioned so bring a fan with you. If you would like to bring your own small air conditioner, our maintenance staff will install it after you submit a facilities request. You will be charged an additional $7.00 per week.
- private bedroom with bed, dresser, desk and chair provided
- living room with 3 leather chairs and ottomans, entertainment center, book shelves, and floor lamps
- kitchenette within the suite includes full size microwave, refrigerator, sink, breakfast bar. Most appliances allowed
- stove is located in the lounge on each floor
- bathroom facilitates within the suite
- air conditioning
- located on North Campus
- laundry room on each floor
All rooms contain local phone service, cable TV and a computer network connection. You need to bring cables and devices to connect to all of these services. You provide linens; twin size extra long sheets are suggested. Dining Service is Ala Carte in the Memorial Student Center (on South campus). Phone service allows campus, local, & toll-free calls at no charge. Many students use prepaid telephone cards or cell phones to make their long distance calls.
Room Rates: Rooms can be rented for the entire summer, on a weekly basis or on a nightly basis. The summer is a little more than 15 weeks. Summer contract begins on Wednesday, May 14. Summer contract ends on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 if you not staying in the halls for fall semester or Saturday August 30, 2008 if staying in halls for the 2008 fall semester.

If you are staying with us for 12 or more weeks you will be charged the entire summer rate. If you are staying with us for 3 or more nights in a given week you will be charged the weekly rate. Double room is only available when you and your roommate request each other. Please make your reservation dates as accurate as possible. There is a non-refundable $5.00 processing fee for initial reservation and each subsequent reservation change.
Changing Reservations: In order to change your reservation you must submit a new reservation form. Revised charges are placed on your University account when a revised reservation is received. To cancel your reservation access the reservation form and check "Cancel my entire reservation(s)". There is an additional non-refundable processing fee of $5.00 for cancellation that will be added to your account. If you have not checked in within 24 hours of your reservation start date, we will cancel your reservation and assess you one night's stay plus two non-refundable $5.00 processing fees.
Room Assignment: Rooms are assigned on a first come basis. The University will NOT assign a roommate unless you specifically state a roommate by name and the request is mutual. Desk is open daily for your check-in between 11:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Room assignments are made when you arrive.
