University Housing is no longer taking Summer Housing Reservations in Red Cedar for students arriving on Wednesday, May 15 through Friday, May 17, 2013.

We apologize that we have no vacancies for these dates (May 15, 16 & 17) as we prepare the building for summer school students, as well as camps and conference season.

Many students choose to live on campus because it is hassle-free. You don’t have to arrange for cable TV, utilities, garbage collection, or lawn mowing – all are included in the price.  Review the amenities, 2013 Contract, and room rates to see if campus housing is a good fit for you.

Red Cedar Hall

This popular suite-style building offers residents the privacy, space, and updated amenities.  Each four person suite boasts single bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and private bathroom which give it the “apartment” feel that students desire and appreciate.  The building has two elevators and is air conditioned.

SUITE AMENITIES

Kitchenettes offer a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, and plenty of storage.  Bedrooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, bookcase, and cable TV.  The living rooms are furnished with seating and tables eliminating the expense to furnish your own place.

FLOOR AMENITIES

Each floor has a lounge and full-sized kitchen which allows you to prepare meals easily.  Each kitchen includes: stove, refrigerator, sink, and pizza ovens.  Additionally, a laundry room is available on every floor along with recycling services.

LOUNGE AMENITIES

The lower level of the building has an open game room with pool table, TV room, small meeting rooms, full-sized kitchen, and comfortable seating.  Vending machines are available for snacks and beverages.

MAIL SERVICE

Have your mail sent right to Red Cedar.  Collect all of your letters, magazines and packages without leaving the building.

You may rent a room for the entire summer, weekly basis, or nightly basis.
