Resident Advisor (R.A.)

The primary role of an RA is to facilitate individual and community development on their floor and in their hall. As members of the residence hall community, RAs have the responsibility to assist floor members in developing and maintaining an active, cooperative, and study-conducive atmosphere on the floor and throughout the hall.RAs assist in the development of healthy hall community by working closely with Hall Council and government-related groups.

Applications may be completed at any point in the year, however, January and February are major selection times. RAs are hired to work both fall and spring semesters.
