The full time Hall Director is responsible for managing one of our 6 First Year Experience Halls, our year-round hall, or our new suite style residence hall. You will supervise RAs, advise hall government, coordinate events & activities, implement administrative hall operations, and create an academically focused environment. All of our staff also participate in departmental assignments and are part of shaping the future of our department. Full time Hall Directors are supervised by either the Community Development Coordinator (First Year Experience halls) or the Staff Development Coordinator.
