University Housing is always seeking high quality, professional, student-oriented individuals for our Hall Director positions. We have a strong devotion to our students and their growth and want that vision to flow through our staff.
There are many Hall Director positions available throughout the country, and I believe we offer you a great work experience that will provide you with excellent training, lots of opportunities to put your skills into practice, a nice place to live, and a pretty darn good salary (but of course none of us is in this “for the money"). :) We like to give our staff the tools they need to do their jobs, and then “let them loose” to go do it! I think we’ve created a nice balance of autonomy and support, and we also enhance that autonomy the longer you continue working here.
