The primary role of an RA is to facilitate individual and community development on their floor and in their hall and to make personal connections with all of their residents. As members of the residence hall community, RAs have the responsibility to assist floor members in developing and maintaining an active, cooperative, and study-conducive atmosphere on the floor and throughout the hall. RAs assist in the development of healthy hall community by working closely with their residents and the Hall Events Committee.
