The Academic Resource Coordinator (ARC) works closely with Housing staff and faculty to implement educational programs and foster an academic environment in each First Year Experience (FYE) residence hall. An ARC facilitates the residential learning component of a living-learning community in the ARC’s building, organizes and implements FYE Initiatives, meets individually with academically at-risk residents, and serves as a contributing member of the residence hall’s staff by attending training, meetings, etc.
