Returning Student
Returning Students
Students who are currently living in the residence halls will be sent information in November regarding the room sign-up process. Students living in First Year Experience halls will be able to select from rooms in Fleming, Hovlid, Wigen, Antrim-Froggatt-McCalmont, and North Hall.
Please take time to read through your living options available to you as a returning student prior to making your room selection.
Contract Priority
University Housing gives priority for residence hall reservations to students in the following order:
- Continuing residence hall students and new students. Specific published deadlines must be honored by the student, or priority for accommodations is lost.
- Continuing off-campus students of freshman or sophomore classification who were not accommodated the previous academic term due to lack of residence hall space.
- Transfer student who will be new to campus.
- Continuing off-campus students who lived on-campus for their freshman and sophomore years, then chose not to renew a residence hall contract but now wish to live in a residence hall once again.
- Continuing off-campus students and re-entry students who, at any time, were granted a contract release or an exemption from the freshman/sophomore residence hall requirement.
Consideration will not be given to students in categories 4 and 5 until the Department determines that students in categories 1 thur 3 have had reasonable opportunity to secure residence hall space.

*The cost to live in Fleming Hovlid and Wigen Hall is $100 more per semester for 2013-2014.

Single Room Information
A limited number of single rooms are available on campus. Students are assigned singles based on availability and published priority.
