Conduct Appeals Form

Appeals may only be made in accordance with the following section of the University Housing Conduct System:

• Appeal must be submitted within 5 five business days of the date on the decision letter.
• Student may only make 1 appeal per incident
• The appeal will be heard at the next level in the conduct process. If the respondent is appealing a decision made by a Hall Director, the Peer Review Board will conduct the appeal; if a student is appealing a Peer Review Board decision, a University Housing central office staff member will hear the appeal.

I did not receive notification of the hearing's results

I was not given information about the appeals process
