BIG NEWS-The Peer Health Educators are dedicating the first day of every week to improving the health of Stout's campus! 

Every Monday we have tips and information on topics like tobacco use, nutrition, and exercise with additional programs to help you incorporate better health into your life. This month we are celebrating "Move It Mondays."

April Mondays are Moving!

The CDC recommends 2.5 hours of physical activity per week so let's get spring started on the right (and left) foot!

This Week's Happenings: 

1. Form a team (of 2) and compete in the Amazing Race on Wednesday, May 1st at 5:00PM and win fabulous prizes (including a team t-shirt)! 

2. Join our Move It contest by sending a picture of you and your friends doing active things around campus to phe@uwstout.edu. We'll post your picture to our Facebook so you can tag yourself. The picture with the most "likes" WINS!
