Not only do you get to enjoy a bedtime snack of milk and cookies, but you also get to do fun interactive games that will have you thinking smart sex. Bring all your friends to enjoy the free giveaways and play games like Sexywood Squares, SexyTime Lineup, and Condom Pop! What fun!
The program encourages a comfortable environment where you can ask your questions openly and get a little support in making safer sex decisions.

Go Ask Alice! is the health question and answer portal. It provides readers with reliable, accurate, accessible, culturally competent information and a range of thoughtful perspectives so that you can make responsible decisions concerning your health and well-being.
Sex, etc: A Website for Teens by Teens
Sex, etc., sponsored by Answer (Rutgers University), is a project to improve teen sexual health across the nation. The website features articles, Q&As, comics, quizzes, and videos about relationships, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and birth control.
SmarterSex.org
SmarterSex.org is a sexual health website for college students between the ages of 18 to 24. The website covers a range of information, including safe sex, female and male sexual health, STIs, sexuality, and sexual assault.
"Satisfy your taste buds in a cinch!" If you like free food and samples, then Dorm Friendly Delights is where you need to be!
During this program, which is always located in your Hall's kitchen, you'll learn to make three healthy, delicious dishes -that you can easily make in your dorm! After making the goodies, samples are shared and enjoyed.
In addition to the tasty treats, you'll leave with a cookbook full of healthy tips, portion sizing info, and quick/easy/awesome recipes. You'll even be entered into a drawing for a grocery gift card!

VRG is a Dietetic Practice Group of the American Dietetic Association. This website is a valuable resource for vegetarians.

This web site contains a selection of vegetarian recipes. It will automatically convert their recipes to make any number of servings you desire!
Veggies Unite!
Vegweb.com contains a seemingly unlimited number of recipes, and lots of other info vegetarians would find interesting.
Feeling a little stressed? Ease your mind and release your stress with the Peers' Yoga and Meditation Sesh!
Come join the Peers to practice brief yoga poses followed by a short meditation session. You'll also get your name in for great prizes like a yoga mat or fitness class pass. Even if you don't win a prize, we promise that you'll walk out of this program with a healthy snack, some antoxidant-filled tea, tips on keeping your life de-stressed and a more relaxed mind. How good is that?!

The website provides resources regarding mental health and illness, support groups, and treatment centers while the hotline provides 24/7 access to mental health professionals.
Girl Talk...what your momma never told ya! Come hang out with fellow females and have a girl's night, while learning what every female should know about their health.
GT gives all you young women the opportunity to learn and openly ask your female Peer Educators questions about important topics like the HPV vaccine, birth control options, and health screenings you should schedule. Along with this helpful info, you'll leave with a Girl's Goody Bag, which includes everything from a tampon to dark chocolate. We'll even provide hot cocoa to sip on while chatting about the nitty gritty details of being a woman!

This is your chance to ask someone who actually knows what they're talking about when it comes to the physical aspects of sex! Dr. Hall is Student Health Services' very own family practice physician and is who the Peers turn to when they have questions about their health. Come to this open forum with your friends and ask all your questions or simply listen to what answers are given for others' questions!
