Billing/ Payment Options

Most of Student Health Services medical services are covered by the segregated fee/health fee which is part of your tuition bill. However, for select services/supplies, a nominal fee is charged.

Regardless of your medical insurance coverage, Student Health relies on you to settle your account. For your convenience, we accept Stout One, Visa/Mastercard, check, and invoicing to student account as methods of payment. If other arrangements are needed, please talk to our staff prior to receiving service. 

If you are unable to pay for your services at the time of your visit, you will be asked to complete a Payment Policy.  A copy will be provided to you detailing the date of service, the amount owed, along with when/ where/ and how to pay for your bill.  We do not directly bill insurance companies at this time.
