FLASHbrief Internet-based Mass Alert Notification System

University of Wisconsin-Stout has chosen FLASHbrief to be their campus-wide emergency communications system. FLASHbrief software must be downloaded to each individual computer. You know when FLASHbrief is loaded onto your computer when the   logo appears in the lower right hand navigation bar. If this logo is not visible, you must download the software.

FLASHbrief allows for university officials to send one clear message through multiple e-system, campus E-mail, personal cell phone text messaging and an automated pop-up messaging window that will take priority over any other programs running on your computer. This system WILL NOT be used to notify you of other, non-emergency campus activities. Your cell number is not accessible, nor will it be used to text you for anything other than emergency messages sent through FLASHbrief.
