Web Announcements Policies
- Submit request to the university webmaster or one to two business days
prior to the date you want the message to appear.
- The announcement may be limited due to space limitations.
- Announcements are limited to use by campus recognized student organizations,
segregated fee funded activities and operations, campus departments and
committees in the promotion of all Stout events.
- Announcements promoting membership recruitment will be permitted to
any recognized student organization once per semester.
- Commercial advertising (non-University affiliated) in prohibited.
- Announcements may be screened and/or edited for content and subject
matter not in compliance with University policies.
