Todd Burns has been in the field of development for 8 years. He has been at the University of Wisconsin-Stout since 2005, and serves as the Development Officer for the School of Education, College of Technology, Engineering and Management, and College of Human Development. He has been extensively involved with increasing the Stout University Scholarship fund, and serves on the Chancellor's Intercollegiate Athletic Advisory Council. Todd earned his B.S. in Business Administration, concentration in Market from Winona State University and currently pursuing his M.S. in Training and Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
