Welcome to the Stout University Foundation. The Stout University Foundation is a non-profit 501 C (3) corporation governed by a Board of Directors, separate from the university. It is the mission of the Foundation to acquire financial support from private investors to aid in advancing the mission of UW-Stout. Thank you to the 4,500 donors who have partnered with us in making UW-Stout a “school of choice for the twenty-first century”.
We encourage you to use this as an avenue to connect with the university, faculty and staff, former classmates, and to be informed of events hosted by your alumni association.
We are proud to announce the recent re-installment of the brilliant “S” on the Bowman Hall Tower (PDF file). Generations of students and friends of the university had often wondered what the line in the alma mater was referencing, “With tower high and brilliant “S”. Thanks to a very generous donor (MS Word file) and the classmates of the classes of 1953-1955 an element of Stout’s history has been restored.
