With over 30 years of experience in senior management positions, Myran has served as plant manager, general manager and vice president. While in these positions, he has led operations and implemented team-based continuous improvement programs in the plastics and custom fabrications industry. Myran led the implementation of ISO 14001 in 3 facilities, ISO 9000 in 2 facilities, and ISO 13485 Medical Device. He has also implemented the Toyota Production System in 2 facilities after having been trained at Toyota's School in Tennessee. Experienced in quick changeovers, business planning, and overall operations cost avoidance, he has spent the majority of his career in privately held companies in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
