Brief Biography

Jim earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from University of Wisconsin – Stout, a Masters in Manufacturing Systems from the University of St. Thomas and a PhD. in Technology Management from Indiana State University. His professional experience includes 15 years of employment with the Andersen Corporation in many positions including, Engineering, Master Scheduling, Distribution and as a Plant Manager. Jim has also worked on consulting jobs for Menards, Nestle, Mack Engineering and The Automation Association, in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Operations Management, Inventory Management, Product Distribution and Facility Layout.
