Responsibilities included development of the manufacturing philosophy and operational processes, selecting and hiring production and support staff, product development, financial management and the development of a safe and productive work environment.
1993-1997 
 Andersen Corporation, Bayport Minnesota, Support Management and Master Production Scheduler. Responsibilities included management and development of the Master Production Plan, product development, and cost reduction efforts.
1986-1993 
 Andersen Corporation, Bayport Minnesota, Engineering Management and Engineering Support positions. Responsibilities included development and procurement of process equipment.
