Seasoned hotel general manager and multi-site operations leader with expertise in sales and marketing and strategizing for profitability. Commended by owners and management companies for improving bottom-line margins while increasing quality and service in hotel operation, hotel size ranging from 25 -100 employees with 3m–20m dollar of total revenue. Known as a resourceful problem solver who combines technical knowledge with business acumen to deliver results.
