Areas of Expertise

Roger Gehring serves as a Development Engineer with the NWMOC and as a regional Small Business Development Center resource for UW Eau Claire, UW-Superior, UW-River Falls and UW-Stout.  He is based on the UW-Stout campus in Menomonie, WI.  Roger enjoys assisting companies and individuals in the areas of technology application, product development and problem solving.  Roger holds a B.S. in Material & Process Engineering and a minor in Chemistry.  He has utilized his talents serving well-known companies including Honeywell, Medtronic, Vexilar, ADC Telecom, Andersen Window, Phillips Plastics, Tennant, Oakley and GlaxoSmithKline.  His professional passion, is working with small teams to develop great people, processes and products.
