Brief Biography

Retired my fulltime position in May of 2007. Today I teach undergraduate hospitality and tourism courses using distance delivery and advise domestic and international undergraduate students. I do not have an office on campus.

Teaching Interests: Hospitality Finance and Cost Controls.

Research Interests: Work with a hospitality technology company during sabbatical resulted in knowledge and a refereed journal article on how computer technology is used to control food, beverage and labor costs at chain and independent restaurants.
