Service and Support

The Teaching and Learning Center encourages innovation with incorporating technology in teaching and improving student learning by providing a mixture of incentives, professional development programs and project support.

Learning Technology Services (LTS) is a comprehensive media service unit that supports the instructional, research and service needs of the UW-Stout community. Support for instructors wanting to utilize instructional technology in their courses is available.

The ASK5000 Help Desk provides support for UW-Stout issued software and computers. Help is available via email, telephone (715-232-5000), walk-up service desks (322 Millennium Hall and Micheels Hall 184) and the Help Desk web site.  The ASK5000 Help Desk supports UW-Stout owned and leased computers. Limited support for other systems may be provided at an hourly rate.  This service is only available to faculty, staff and students.
