Laptop Return Procedure

The e-Scholar program requires laptops and accessories be returned either in person or via mail. The laptop and accessories are due the last day of the term that students are currently enrolled and do not remain continuously enrolled and registered for a minimum of three UW-Stout campus credits for the next term.

Students that are leaving UW-Stout are encouraged to complete the Exit Survey. Data from the survey will be collected and shared with appropriate administrators for decision-making purposes.  All comments will remain anonymous.

Accessories that need to be returned with the laptop. No exception will be made for late return of accessories.  Accessory charges will be added to your University account.

Note:    The E-Scholar program requires that you insure the laptop for $2,000 when shipping it to UW-Stout ASK5000.  Please include your name and student ID number in the shipping box when returning the laptop.
