Students must be registered for a minimum of 3 UW-Stout credits during an academic term to be eligible to keep the laptop during the Co-op experience. e-Scholar Program eligibility needs to be determined prior to leaving campus for your Co-op experience. Please contact Jane Henderson ; 715-232-5005 or email hendersonj@uwstout.edu
Students departing for Summer and or Fall Co-op experiences should determine if the laptop is scheduled to be refreshed during the time you will be away from campus. Students will be sent notices regarding the Refresh program from the Business Office but it is the student's responsibility to make the arrangements for laptop refresh prior to their departure if they will not be on campus during the fall Refresh period. Failure to do so may result in :
- A hold being placed on your student record.
- Being charged a fee for noncompliance.
- Your name will be forwarded to UW-Stout Police, which may result in charges filed with the District Attorney’s office for theft of university leased property.
