Meats will include: Carnitas pork, pulled chicken and beef
Build to order options & sides will include: cilantro rice, Mexican rice, beans - pinto & black, 3 salsa selections, taco veggie/condiments.
Breakfast: egg plate specials popular over past years, pancakes, hashbrowns, sausage, and egg sandwiches. Lunch: a selection of sauces to "dress" your burger yourself will be: BBQ, ranch, basil pesto aioli, chipotle mayo, bistro sauce, sweet chili, honey mustard. The burgers will be made from fresh, not frozen patties along with a grilled chicken breast & a vegetarian friendly option served on an in-house baked, hardy burger bun.
Fries will be thick cut wedges with a garlic and parmesan seasoning.
This station has a display of ingredients from which the customer will be able to select and build the special of the day "their way". Each order will be "cooked to order" and plated by the staff at the station. Most often customers will find a stir-fry and rice dish and a pasta dish. Here is a sampling of some of these:

Customers will select their sandwich or salad from options on display in our deli case. The breads used for sandwiches will be baked and topped in-house. Our famous in-house prepared potato chips is a side to any sandwich or salad along with a cup of soup and our popular bakery bars to create a winning combo. Here is a sampling of Heritage Deli:

The lower level is the popular student gathering space at all hours, especially for late night and weekends. All items offered in the market are packaged in compostable to go packaging for easy portability. There will be popular fast food options and a large grab and go area.
Here will be offered the traditional American fast food offerings, bringing back favorite sandwiches from the past. You're sure to find your favorite items delivered quickly. Sampling of menu:
It'll offer pizza by the slice built on location, using fresh dough crusts baked the traditional way in a brick stone oven. Daily you will find three standard pizza options of the most popular pizzas with a rotating specialty pizza offered. Sides will be garlic sticks and pizza fries. Some of the specialty pizzas will be:
This is a walk up counter on the lower level. You will find the full Starbucks line of beverages here. This includes cups of brewed coffee, espressos, latte's, cappuccinos, macchiato, hot chocolate, and iced drinks. Smoothies and frozen ice cream drinks will be available also. There will be fresh bakery offered throughout the day. Hours will be 7 a.m. weekdays until building closure. It'll be there for a beverage to wake you up or to help you stay up - it's the place to swing into for coffee or a frozen treat.
Here you will find all sandwiches and salads - built to order in front of the customer who can see the ingredients as they select them. The menu will reflect a standard selection of offerings and have rotating specialty sandwiches weekly. Any sandwich can be built as a salad.
