University Dining Services employs a registered Dietitian, Melissa (Lisa) Eierman,
MS,RD on a part-time basis. Lisa is available for personal nutrition and
diet advisement. You may schedule an appointment by calling 232-3599 and
leaving a message. You may also e-mail your nutrition questions to Lisa
at eiermanm@uwstout.edu and she will
answer your questions as soon as possible.
For those students who wish to remain anonymous, you may ask the Dietitian
questions on special forms provided near the exits of both Commons and Tainter
