Purpose:

To advise the Dining Service management staff on matters relevant to dining operations on campus. This will help ensure customer needs and preferences are represented in decisions relatino to menus, facilities, and service.

Reponsibilities:

Attend regular meetings with the Dining Service management staff a minimum of once per quarter during the academic year. Meetings will provide an avenue for communication of needs, changes, plans and feedback on services and products.

Gather input from the campus community members regarding dining operational hours, menu offerings, services, programming and facilities. This input should include observed problems as well as recommended solutions, suggestions for change, and input on long-range planning projects.

Educate the campus community member regarding policies and procedures of dining service which may affect decisions made.
