Oversee and manage the academic year cafeteria and retail operation for the North Campus dining community

• Supervise production and service staff to ensure high quality food and service in the cafeteria operation, and all day and late night retail operation
• With the service manager, hire, train, and manage five full-time and 80+ student staff, ensuring their work meets or exceeds customer expectations

Duties:

Supervise the service areas of cafeteria and retail foodservice operations and North Point during academic year

• Retail service functions - manage systems, promotions, menu development
• Hire, schedule, train, full time, student management and student foodservice workers for service areas
• Oversee and coordinate student employment and payroll functions
• Monitor and enforce safe food practices and outstanding customer service
• Assist in supervision of production areas
