Duties:

Oversee year round retail foodservice and catering services for the campus and local community

• Operations include: restaurants, convenience store, express locations, food court and full service catering, on or off campus
• Supervise production and service to ensure high quality food and service in all areas
• With the Catering Manager & Executive Chef, hire train and manage the eight full-time and 170+ student staff, ensuring their work meets or exceeds customer expectations

• Hire, schedule, train and supervise full-time, student management and student foodservice workers used to provide catering services
• Meet with catering clientele and campus staff to assure successful event planning
• Develop and administer catering policy, procedure, and menus

• Monitor and enforce safe food practices
• Hire, schedule, train, full time staff, student production assistants and student foodservice workers for production areas
