Duties:

Oversee and manage the year round cafeteria services for the South Campus resident students and camp or conference groups.

• Oversee remote grab and go locations, campus concessions, and meals for child study center.
• Supervise production and service staff to ensure high quality food and service in all areas.
• With the service manager, hire, train and manage the twelve full-time and 150+ student staff, ensuring their work meets or exceeds customer expectation.

Year round supervision of service areas for cafeteria, retail foodservice operations, and concessions originating in the Price Commons

• Retail and concessions service functions - manage systems, promotions, menu development.
• Hire, schedule, train, full time, student management and student foodservice workers for all supervised areas.
• Oversee and coordinate student employment program.
• Monitor and enforce safe food practices and outstanding customer service.
• Assist in supervision of production areas.
