The Crisis Management Team is a key group of campus members that will allow for the ability to:
- Provide organized communication throughout all aspects of campus.
- Have most employees to continue to work within their knowledge and specialty on campus.
- Record the incident/crisis from beginning to end.
- Organize all during a crisis.
- Provide for the rapid restoration of services in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Adequately provide for the emotional and physical needs of persons affected by the crisis.
- Plan for future training, equipment and funding needs.
