Counseling Center Service Agreement

  • You agree to pay for any outside costs incurred for the outreach presentation at direct-billed rates. These costs include, but are not limited to, printing, duplicating, postage, production, supplies, travel, shipping, advertising placement, electronic transmissions, video production, special projects, etc.

  • Counseling Center will retain ownership of outreach presentation files.  Outreach presentation files will not be given to you. When edits are needed, we will make them for you.
