If you or a friend are in a crisis situation and experiencing any of the following:

please call the Counseling Center at 715-232-2468, or walk in to 410 Bowman Hall to set up an immediate appointment. Counselors are available for emergencies during office hours. Health Services is also available for daytime assistance at 232-1314. After hours, if you live in a Residence Hall, please contact your RA or Hall Director, who can contact emergency personnel, if necessary.

If you do not live in the Residence Halls, please contact campus or local police, or one of the crisis hotline numbers listed below. These hotlines each have trained professionals staffing the phones who are available 24 hours a day.
