From 2004 to 2012, UW-Stout was the recipient of grant funding from the Department of Justice to fund a Campus Violence Prevention Project (CVPP). With the end of our third grant-cycle, CVPP officially came to a close on 12-31-2012. We are thankful to the many grant partners and collaborators who were instrumental in the project’s success through these 8 years, assisting us to provide education, prevention, intervention and coordination services on the topics of sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking. What remains on these pages is information to help you understand, get help, and report problems regarding sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, stalking, and other forms of violence. Effort has been made to update information to account for the closure of CVPP, to direct victims of sexual violence and those assisting them to proper resources for help on campus and in the community.
