Mentorship
The Mentorship Program in the Minority Faculty and Staff Network (MFSN) is part of the overall induction program for faculty and staff new to the University of Wisconsin-Stout. It is an attempt to train, support and encourage MFSN faculty and staff members new to UW-Stout.
The goals of the program are to:
- Integrate MFSN faculty and staff members new to UW-Stout into the university community.
- Address needs of MFSN faculty and staff members new to UW-Stout.
- Foster professional development of MFSN faculty and staff new to UW-Stout.
