A remote viewing area will be available for all of the Fall 2016 ceremonies.*

*If needed, the remote viewing area will be located in the Memorial Student Center Terrace Lounge. Tickets are not required for the on-campus remote viewing area.


Note: If you are a graduate who wishes to participate in the ceremonies and are completing requirements during any term other than the terms listed above, you must notify the commencement coordinator at by the Friday after advisement day in order to have your information included in the commencement printed program .

All ceremonies will be held at the Johnson Fieldhouse in the Sports and Fitness Center Complex on the UW-Stout campus.

Please be advised that selling or purchasing Commencement tickets is direct violation of:

University of Wisconsin Administrative Code Ch. 18 – Conduct on University Lands18.26(b) No person may buy or sell a ticket or other evidence of the right of entry for more than the price printed on the ticket.
Acceptable Use of Internet and Network Resources at UW-Stout policy

The penalty to any person found in violation of this code may include:

  • a forfeiture of up to $500
  • Non-academic disciplinary sanctions under UWS Ch. 17 – Student non-academic disciplinary procedures – which will result in termination of UW-Stout email privileges and could affect a student's ability to graduate.

The University will pursue sanctions for any student found in violation of these statutes and policies.
