Tickets are not required for the on-campus remote viewing area.

The remote viewing area will be available for the SATURDAY ceremonies only.
It will not be needed for the SUNDAY ceremony.

Spring Commencement Ceremonies 2014

For degree candidates completing all requirements during: Spring 2014 and Summer 2014

Note: If you are a graduate who wishes to participate in the ceremonies and are completing requirements during any term other than the terms listed above, you must notify the commencement coordinator at commencement@uwstout.edu by the Friday after advisement day in order to have your information included in the commencement printed program .


Undergraduate and Graduate degree candidates will have separate ceremonies for the Spring 2014 ceremonies. Click on the college name below if you are unsure of where your undergraduate program is housed. All Graduate School programs will participate in the SUNDAY ceremony:

All ceremonies will be held at the Johnson Fieldhouse in the Sports and Fitness Center Complex on the UW-Stout campus.

Please note: In order to graduate and be included in the commencement printed program students must have an application on file by the print deadline. The application is filed within AccessStout and applications received after the print deadline will not be included in the printed program. Degree candidates can still participate in the commencement ceremonies regardless of their name being included in the printed program.


Please be advised that selling or purchasing Commencement tickets is in direct violation of:

University of Wisconsin Administrative Code Ch. 18 – Conduct on University Lands18.26(b) No person may buy or sell a ticket or other evidence of the right of entry for more than the price printed on the ticket.
AND
Acceptable Use of Internet and Network Resources at UW-Stout policy http://www.uwstout.edu/lib/policies/internet.htm

The penalty to any person found in violation of this code may include:

  •      a forfeiture of up to $500
  •      Non-academic disciplinary sanctions under UWS Ch. 17 – Student non-academic disciplinary procedures – which will result in termination of UW-Stout email privileges and could affect a student's ability to graduate.

The University will pursue sanctions for any student found in violation of these statutes and policies.
