Join us at UW-Stout's Grad Fair hosted by Professional Education Programs and Services.

Take advantage of this great opportunity to take care of all the details relating to Graduation and Commencement!

Attend to enter to win a door prize!

  1. Pick up tickets to your Commencement Ceremony
    • Honor cordons will also be available for pickup (if eligible)
  2. Registration and Records
    • Representatives will be onsite to answer questions about honors status, graduation applications, etc.
  3. Pick up/Purchase your Cap, Gown, and Tassel or Hood
    • Herff Jones and the UW-Stout Bookstore
    • Purchase your favorite Insignia apparel
    • Order announcements, university rings, etc.
  4. Order your Graduation Buffet tickets
    • Dining Services staff will be onsite to answer questions about the graduation buffets held in the Memorial Student Center on Commencement day
  5. Have your graduation Photograph taken
    • Empire Photography will be onsite taking staged photograph in your academic regalia
    • See sample photos of photography from the Commencement ceremonies.
  6. Get questions answered about laptop transfers.
    • Find out what you need to do to keep your laptop after graduating
  7. Perkins Loans
    • Get information about what happens with your Perkins Loans after you graduate
  8. Career Services
    • Information about getting a job after graduation

  9. Alumni Association and the Stout University Foundation
    • Information about attending events and networking as an Alumni
    • Update your records and learn about the importance of updating your records
  10. Order a Stout Achievement Frame
    • UW-Stout logo engraved wooden frame that will fit your diploma certificate and a 4x6 photo
    • Check them out on facebook
  11. Liberty Mutual Insurance
    • Get information about Renter's Insurance- the most overlooked insurance need!

 

 

What happens if I do not attend the Grad Fair?

Don't worry, visit the Graduation Checklist to view what you need to do in order to be ready to graduate and participate in Commencement.
You can pick up your cap, gown and tassel or hood in the University Bookstore anytime during their normal business hours or online.
