Commencement Ceremonies


Faculty and Academic Staff Processional

  • If you would like to march in the processional at commencement in the Johnson Fieldhouse, please contact the commencement coordinator, by the Friday prior to the ceremony, so appropriate seating is available.
  • Academic regalia must be worn to participate in the processional.
  • Please line up at approximately 9:15 am and 1:45 pm in the upper east corridor of the Sports and Fitness Center.
  • For those assisting with lining up students in MPR 50, please arrive by 8:30 am and 1:00 pm. Regalia is not required for those who are not in the processional.
  • The Chancellor will be providing coffee for participating faculty and academic staff at 8:45 am and 1:15 pm in Room 247 A&B in the Sports and Fitness Center.

Tickets will not be mailed to those living on or near campus without extenuating circumstances
