Credit Registration

Course Payments

Tuition must be paid by the first day of class. Tuition may be paid by credit card on the registration form or by check made payable to UW-Stout and sent to UW-Stout.

Pigeon Lake Room and Board Payment

Students must pay for room and board separately from tuition. Only tuition and course fees may be paid via Access Stout. For full-time or part-time students, the room and board payment will not appear on your current Access Stout tuition bill. Before you depart for Pigeon Lake Field Station, the room and board payment must be submitted to UW-Stout Online at:

The payment should be made at least one week prior to the course start date. Checks should be made payable to UW-Stout. The room and board fee may also be charged on a credit card if you call UW-Stout Online at 715.232.2693 and speak with Judy Bauer or Denise Wysocki-Freeberg.
