ONLINE COURSE SEQUENCE

Prerequisite: Completion of a bachelor's degree

Option A: Complete one or more courses for professional development or to acquire graduate credit towards UW-Stout's classroom-based Master’s in Applied Psychology program.

Option B: Complete all three courses and a practicum to receive a certificate in evaluation studies and receive credit towards UW-Stout's classroom based Master's in Applied Psychology program.

Option C: Complete one or more small modules to quickly obtain specific evaluation research skills, such as conducting a focus group or conducting basic data analysis. Complete all the modules tied to a particular course for course credit and credit towards UW-Stout's master's program. Complete all 45 modules and the practicum to receive the Evaluation Studies Certificate.

COURSES

PSYC 760 Planning and Designing the Evaluation 4 graduate credits, 21 modules
PSYC 761 Implementing the Evaluation Plan 4 graduate credits, 17 modules
PSYC 762 Managing the Evaluation 1 graduate credit, 7 modules
PSYC 752 Practicum in Applied Psychology

Prerequisite: Successful completion with a 3.0 GPA in PSYC 760, 761 and 762 or consent of the instructor.

3 graduate credits

During the practicum you will demonstrate your evaluation skills on a real-world project under the supervision of the Program Advisor.
