Submit your Co-op Reports by logging in to your Profile:
https://www.myinterfase.com/uwstout/student/home.aspx, enter your Username (your id – no preceding 0 and the word stout, e.g. 24682stout) and your Password (the last four digits of your id, unless you’ve previously changed it). Choose documents on the top menu, then Co-op reports and browse to your report and submit it. We highly recommend you name your reports something like Report 1 – John Doe, Report 2 – John Doe, Final Report – John Doe… etc.
When you submit your report, a message will automatically be sent to both your mentor and the Career Services Office. Everything will be electronically tracked, so there won’t be any questions as to when it was submitted, etc. You will always be able to log into your profile and see your report!
This is also a great time to update your Co-op information in your profile.. like your address, phone, etc.
