Jacquelyn, as Cooperative Education Manager, is responsible for the management of a centralized and cooperative education program that provides students and alumni with career and employment related information; teaches career planning and job procurement processes; and facilitates the employment process especially for majors in applied math, applied science, technology and engineering with undergraduate, graduate level students, and alumni.

Angela Webb - Career Services Intern

Angela received her undergraduate degree at UW-Stout in psychology and is currently in the Masters of Science-Applied Psychology program at UW-Stout with a concentration in Program Evaluation. Angela, as Career Services Intern, has the responsibility to gather data and create a plan and timeline for program evaluation. Gathering these materials will assist Career Services with the accreditation of the Cooperative Education Program through the Accreditation Council for Cooperative Education (ACCE).

Administrative Professionals

Doreen Best - Program Assistant Supervisor

Doreen oversees and manages functionality of the Stout CareerLink system; manages office operations and budgets; coordinates and develops annual employment report; maintains computers and other equipment; supervises Career Services clerical staff.

Mary Brinkman - Budget, Vacancy List, Career Conference Assistant

Mary maintains the job openings on our website; handles arrangements for the October Career Conference; assists with budget, purchasing and travel arrangements; processes alumni requests to view jobs; and employer requests to post jobs at the website.

Sonja Gilbertson - Recruitment Coordinator

Sonja sets up and monitors interviewing schedules and resume collections for both permanent and Co-op positions; manages space needs and physical environment in support of recruitment.

Rhonda Rubenzer - Cooperative Education Assistant

Rhonda provides program support assistance for the Cooperative Education Program in the areas of student/employer record management; and ensures proper documentation and approval of Co-op process.

Patricia Wang - Cooperative Education Assistant

Patricia provides program support assistance for the Cooperative Education Program in the areas of student/employer record management; and ensures proper documentation and approval of Co-op process.

Carol West - Receptionist / Clerical Assistant

Carol assists the public with services; handles registration of students and schedules counselor appointments; assists with follow-up report calling.

Sara Ohman- Cooperative Education Assistant

Sara provides program support assistance for the Cooperative Education Program in the areas of student/employer record management; and ensures proper documentation and approval of Co-op process.
