Post a permanent position

Returning Employers

  • Click on Stout CareerLink on the left side of this page
  • Select "Employers" 
  • Enter your username and password to log in
  • Move your cursor over "Jobs" and click "Add a New Job" from the drop-down menu

New Employers

  • Click on Stout CareerLink on the left side of this page
  • Select "Employers"
  • Select “FIRST TIME USERS CLICK HERE!”
  • Check to see if your organization is already listed with us by typing in your organization’s name
    • If your organization is listed, check the box next to the name and click “Continue”, fill out the form and click “Register” to verify information 
    • If your company is not listed, select “Can’t Find Your Organization”, fill out the form and click “Register” to verify information
  • Click on “Submit Profile” which will open up your Stout CareerLink account
  • Move your cursor over "Jobs" and click "Add a New Job" from the drop-down menu

Jobs are then available to current students, recent graduates and alumni. 

How to Post a Position

How to Edit an Existing Position 

  • Log into your Stout CareerLink account 
  • Move your cursor over "Jobs" in the top navigation bar and click "Job List" from the drop-down list. 
  • Select the position you would like to repost/edit. 
  • Click on "Copy Job" under Page Functions on the left hand side of the page. 
  • Once the copy has been created, please save all updates. 
  • This will come into the Career Services Office as a new pending position ready to be made active for student viewing.
