To Schedule an Open House


We recommend having a company open house on campus the night before you interview. This allows students to learn about your organization's opportunities.

  • Visit  www.uwstout.edu/studentcenter/reservations click on "Make a Reservation"

  • Select "My Account" and then "Create An Account" from the drop-down menu. Once your account is approved, select the location, date and time you prefer.

  • After your reservation is scheduled, contact Career Services Recruitment Coordinator at 715-232-1603 to add your information session to the events list in Stout CareerLink and have it attached to your schedule.

You can also make arrangements for an Open House at the UW-Stout Memorial Student Center by contacting:

If you would like to serve food during your Open House you can call Catering at (715) 232-1482.
