To Schedule an On-Campus Interview

Returning Employers

New Employers

  • Click on Stout CareerLink on the left side of this page

  • Select "Employers"

  • Select "FIRST TIME USERS CLICK HERE!"

  • Check to see if your organization is already listed with us by typing in your organization’s name
    • If your organization is listed, check the box next to the name and click "Continue", fill out the form and click "Register" to submit information for approval
    • If your company is not listed, select "Can’t Find Your Organization", fill out the form and click "Register" to submit information for approval

  • Upon approval you will be sent an email which will then allow you to schedule on-campus interviews by following the steps for "Returning Employers" above.

Web Cam and Telephone Interviews

Your budget won’t allow you to come to Stout? We can set up a Web Cam interview or telephone interview schedule for you and you can interview candidates from your office. Call 715-232-1603

To Schedule a Career Event

We recommend having a company career event on campus the night before you interview. This allows students to learn about your organization’s opportunities.

  • Visit  www.uwstout.edu/studentcenter/reservations click on "Make a Reservation"

  • Select “My Account” and then “Create An Account” from the drop-down menu. Once your account is approved, select the location, date and time you prefer.

  • After your reservation is scheduled, contact Career Services Recruitment Coordinator at 715-232-1603 to add your information session to the events list in Stout CareerLink and have it attached to your schedule.
