Shipping Display Materials

  • Please ship conference materials to Career Services, UW-Stout, 103 Administration Bldg., 712 S Broadway, Menomonie, WI 54751
  • Please indicate your company name and “Hold for Conference” on the carton. Materials will be delivered to the conference site for your arrival
  • Materials received prior to the conference will be at your booth when you arrive. Employers are responsible for preparing display materials to be returned. Shipping charges must be billed to employers account.
  • Box, seal, and affix shipping labels and leave packages at your booth. Career Services will collect them at the end of the day and contact FedEX, DHL, and UPS for pick-up the following day.
