This is a new committee of students, faculty, and staff with the following goals:

Short Term: connect emerging leaders with new and existing leadership opportunities.

Long Term: connect students of all levels to opportunities to further develop leadership skills.

What kind of students are we looking for? Many kinds! We're not necessarily looking for people who already have all the skills to be a great leader or are already involved and connected to campus. Instead, we are seeking those who are perceptive, flexible, eager to learn, and willing to make a difference. In other words, we are looking for those students who are emerging leaders but just haven't taken the steps yet to get involved. 

This event gives students the opportunity to meet with other students who are in leadership positions that they might aspire to.
