On-Campus Accounts
Account balances may be checked and/or additional funds may be deposited in Baseline, Baseline Plus, or Flexline accounts throughout the semester at several on-campus locations and through on-line services.
On-Campus Locations
Automated Deposit Locations (Value Transfer Stations or VTS) are conveniently located at the following locations:
- Library Learning Center,
- Lobby of Jeter-Tainter-Callahan (JTC) Hall,
- Upper level of Memorial Student Center (next to Service Desk), and
- Micheels Hall Computer Lab. VTS machine only accept cash deposits in denominations of $1, $5, $10 or $20 bills.
Deposits by cash, check, credit cards, and charging to the University Fee account are available at the following customer service locations:
- Campus Card Office, Merle Price Commons
- Service Center, Memorial Student Center.
On-Line Card Office
OnLine Card Office deposits can be made with any major credit or debit card to Baseline, Baseline Plus or Flexline accounts. Go to the Online Card Office and follow the prompts.
AutoLoad for OneAccount Holders
Cardholders may deposit funds into their on-campus Baseline Plus or Flexline account through the Campus AutoLoad feature. Campus AutoLoad automatically loads funds from your OneAccount when your Baseline Plus/Flexline balance goes below a level predetermined by the cardholder. The amount that is transferred is determined by the cardholder thereby giving them complete control. Go to Stout OneCard.
