UW-Stout understands the importance of planning and looking to the future; and you ideas will help shape our future. The ideas generated at the visioning session will be the foundation for our strategic planning initiative called FOCUS 2015.
FOCUS 2015 will be grounded in the University of Wisconsin System strategies framework, called Advantage Wisconsin. Advantage Wisconsin is a "Growth Agenda for Wisconsin" to achieve access and affordability for UW students, and boost economic growth for the state. With reinvestment from the state, the UW System will: 1) increase enrollments from the state, 2) attract graduates from other states, and 3) grow knowledge-economy jobs for Wisconsin's future.
At the conclusion of our last visioning session in 2001, priorities were identified and an action plan was created called FOCUS 2010. We are proud to share our accomplishments with you.
