  • Use Concur - Mandatory Contract if Purchasing Airfare Online

  • AIRTRAN and SOUTHWEST can be booked through Concur
  • Travel Agencies may still be used in lieu of Concur within the policies of the travel regulations.

REMEMBER: Travel booked through ORBITZ will NOT be reimbursed.
